Cancellation Policy for Aesthetic Treatments at Devon Aesthetics

At Devon Aesthetics, we value your time and appreciate your trust in choosing us for your aesthetic treatments. To ensure the smooth running of our clinic and to provide high-quality service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Deposit Requirement 

   All aesthetic treatments require a £50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to rescheduled appointments under certain conditions (see below).

2. Cancellation Notice

   We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to offer the appointment slot to another client. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

3. Rescheduling Policy  

   If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled appointment.

4. Late Cancellations or No-Shows  

   Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend the appointment without notice will result in the loss of your £50 deposit. For any future bookings, a new deposit will be required.

5. Late Arrivals  

   If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete the treatment as scheduled. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

6. Refunds  

   The £50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice. However, it may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduling is done according to our policy.
